In 1999, we founded arcDESIGN as a new type of architecture and design firm. With a vision to create a people-focused structure—championing each client’s needs and promoting balance within our team—arcDESIGN grew into a vibrant 40+ person group of industry leaders and innovators.

We have flexible attitudes about work, and we believe in quality of life programs that allow us to balance our personal and professional lives. We offer endless social opportunities including: team Ping Pong every day, Annual Holiday Party (recent parties included Team Trivia, Duck Pin Bowling and Fowling), several themed cook-outs and luncheons, Nerf Blaster wars, golf outings with clients, the annual outing at the Indianapolis Indians Baseball game, Ugly Holiday Sweater contest, White Elephant Holiday Gift Exchange, Lunch Trivia, the annual Pumpkin Carving Contest, the Basketball Bracket Tournament and the 2021 Indiana Sports Corp Corporate Challenge.
