Broad Ripple Park Family Center

The project—part of a $70 million master plan for the park approved in 2019—will feature a 40,000-square-foot building that will replace the existing park center. Indy Parks officials have said the current 11,000-square-foot facility is too small to meet the growing demand for space. Community Health Network will occupy 15,000 square feet with the remainder dedicated for Indy Parks and shared multi-use spaces. In addition to the Community Health Network medical offices, the proposed building features include a gymnasium, a running track, multi-purpose rooms, lockers and a cafe with an outdoor terrace facing the White River.
