LiUNA Local 120 New Facility
The Laborer’s International Union (LiUNA!) of North America Local 120 is planning a new Union Hall and Business Center on approximately 4.5 acres in the 5400 block of Lafayette Road in Indianapolis. With over 2,500 members in Central Indiana, Local 120 has outgrown its current facility at Riverside Drive in Indianapolis and is looking forward to providing a facility that will meet the current and future needs of its members. The new facility is designed to accommodate up to 400 members in the new Hall, up to 10 full-time Officers and staff in the Business Center, and a Training Room for classroom instruction for up to 30 members. arcDESIGN is proud to partner with Hannig Construction Inc. from Terre Haute, IN on the design-build project anticipated to be completed in the summer of 2023.
