Pepper Construction Office
arcDESIGN and Pepper Construction have teamed up on numerous projects across the Central Indiana Landscape, so when Pepper’s own offices needed a refresh, they turned to arcDESIGN as a known and trusted Partner. Working closely with the Pepper Executive team and starting with a Masterplan envisioned to enhance Pepper’s Strategic Planning direction, this multi-year, multi-phased project has transformed Pepper’s work environment. Introducing significant amount of new daylight into the space, Maximizing the open floor plate with Huddle Rooms, Teaming Rooms, and small informal gathering areas were all part of the changes that create a more dynamic work experience.
