Dove-tailing with the University’s strategic planning goals, the Honors College Offices and Classrooms have been relocated to a prominent location in the middle of campus.  The historic Virginia Ball Residence was chosen as the new location for the Honors College.

Scope:   arcDESIGN designed a complete renovation of the interiors coupled with a modest expansion and exterior historic renovation. These key improvements provided a fresh interior and key accessibility components to ensure this structure will remain a part of the growing campus fabric for years to come.

Featured Facts:  Since most of the arcDESIGN staff graduated from Ball State, it was a special treat to work on a home occupied by a member of the Ball family.
