Kari is a Craigslist fiend. She enjoys finding furniture with twice the character and quality at less than half the cost of retail.

The realization of wanting to be an interior designer didn’t come as an “ah ha” moment for Kari. She entered her first semester of college with the intent of becoming a Physical Therapist. However, she was curious about interior design and decided to enroll in the first studio class in conjunction with her physical therapy classes. As the semester progressed, she found herself much more interested in and inspired by that studio than any other class. Interior Design was a perfect mix of art and science, both areas that she loved. By the beginning of the second semester, she officially changed her major. Kari joined arcDESIGN in 2009 and has been instrumental in growing the Interior Design sector.
