Maria loves good food and cooking and is a foodie aficionado of many things...coffee, chocolate, wine and cake. Since she is of Macedonian heritage, she enjoys cooking anything spicy. Lots of garlic, olive oil, olives and onions make everything taste better!
Believing that environmental beauty contributes to the well-being of all people, Maria knew architecture was how she could create beautiful environments. Good design brings an important component in our lives to improve our mood, lift our spirits and make us feel safe and secure. Something as simple as studying a single leaf or the small ornament of a building can be inspiring, because there is so much detail in even the tiniest objects and designs. Maria joined arcDESIGN in 2009 as a Graduate Architect and has quickly become a vital part of the team.
