Five residence hall buildings were renovated at Foster Quadrangle. In each of the 688 student residence rooms, the heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems were replaced as well as the installation of new fresh air ducts to deliver fresh air directly to each student room. The chilled water, building heating distribution systems, fire suppression, and fire alarm systems were replaced, and additional renovations to Foster Quad included new windows, electrical systems and student room finishes.
