A104 Teaching Lab: We designed this lab to be similar to the existing A110, incorporating perimeter casework, storage, and a flexible central furniture layout with integrated power. While not equipped with fume hoods, it included all standard lab safety equipment suitable for a teaching environment. Collaboration with stakeholders was key in finalizing the layout and specific user needs.

A109 & A110 Teaching Labs: These labs were reconfigured to be similar to the current A104 and A109. This involved installing new island peninsula workstations and perimeter casework. We optimized the layout to maximize the number of workbenches and storage capacity. Workstations were customized with features like glass top shelving and vacuum connections, based on user specifications. A centralized CO2 system, along with its complete infrastructure, was also implemented.
For all labs, the general scope of work included the demolition and removal of existing construction where necessary, and the complete finishing of all renovated spaces.
