arcDESIGN Partners with Indiana University on MESH Renovation
arcDESIGN collaborated with Indiana University and its international researchers to transform the Multidisciplinary Engineering and Sciences Hall (MESH) into a hub for multiple laboratory spaces dedicated to the university’s intelligent systems engineering program.

FAMES Lab: Pioneering Innovation in Textiles
Established in 2016 by Professor Alexander Gumennik, the FAMES Lab focuses on developing techniques for integrating smart nano-devices into textiles. This research aims to revolutionize various fields, including pervasive web systems, fluid dynamics, recursive manufacturing, and tissue engineering. The lab boasts over 50 pieces of equipment to facilitate its groundbreaking work.

High-Tech Hub within MESH
Spanning approximately 8,000 square feet, the FAMES Lab represents a state-of-the-art facility housed within the Multidisciplinary Engineering and Sciences Hall (MESH).
