NineStar Connect is building a new facility in McCordsville’s emerging downtown, McCord Square. This project reinforces their dedication to a community they’ve served since inception and expands their presence in one of our fastest-growing service areas.
Located at the intersection of Mt. Comfort Road and Main Street, within the McCord Square Downtown District, the three-story, 34,600-square-foot building will offer a mix of uses. NineStar Connect will anchor the first floor, with additional public and commercial spaces occupying the rest of the first level, as well as significant portions of the second and third floors.
A prominent stair-step community and gathering area will connect the first and second floors, complemented by a small catering kitchen. The north-facing wall of this community space will feature extensive glass, maximizing natural light and offering a view of the future Main Street within McCord Square. Initially, NineStar Connect’s operations in the building will include customer service and our 24/7/365 support center.
